Everything you need to know before booking.
Do you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Night cleaning (10pm–6am) and weekend cleaning are part of our standard offering — not an exception. On regular contracts, night and weekend slots carry no surcharge. For one-off bookings, we add a 10–15% surcharge.
What products do you use? Are they eco-certified?
We use exclusively EU Ecolabel or Nordic Swan certified products — independently verified, with strict limits on toxicity and biodegradability. On request, we provide a list of specific products with certification numbers, suitable as supporting documentation for ESG reports.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We arrive with our own equipment — vacuums, mops, buckets, microfibre cloths, spray bottles and eco products. You don't need to provide a cleaning room or storage space.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Report it within 24 hours of the clean — by email or message. We'll come back and fix the issue at no charge, or we'll refund the proportional part of the fee. If you're not satisfied, we respond.
How quickly do you start after booking?
Regular cleaning: first visit within 3–5 working days. One-off cleaning: typically within 5 working days. After-party cleaning: within 4 hours of booking. Post-construction: within 5 working days.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold liability insurance covering damage caused to third parties during our work, up to CZK 5,000,000 (approx. €200,000). We handle claims through our insurer without unnecessary delays.
Do you communicate in English?
Yes. All communication, contracts and invoices are available in both Czech and English. We have clients who communicate with us exclusively in English — particularly international companies with offices in Prague.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We start with a one-off clean or a trial month with no commitment. If you're satisfied and want to continue, we'll propose a regular contract — typically 3 or 6 months with a 30-day notice period.
Can I include eco cleaning in my ESG report?
Yes. On request, we issue a document listing the cleaning products used, their certifications (EU Ecolabel / Nordic Swan), and a description of our eco practices. This document is suitable as an appendix for ESG reports under GRI, ESRS or internal standards.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payment terms: 14 days. Payment by bank transfer or SEPA transfer. Each invoice includes a breakdown of completed cleans with dates and hours. We invoice in CZK or EUR — as agreed.
